This policy explains what Scalehive Studio ("we") collects through scalehivestudio.com and template.scalehivestudio.com, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@scalehivestudio.com.
If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, store link, monthly ad spend band, the services you tick and anything you write in the message box. If you email us, we receive your email and what you send.
We don't use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on these sites.
Only to reply to you, make the sample ad you asked for and, if we work together, deliver and invoice the work. Our legal basis is your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Some of these providers are outside the UK and EU. They use standard safeguards for international transfers.
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@scalehivestudio.com. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
